Jamestown Jackals Private Workout
Showcase your skills in front of the Jamestown Jackals staff and basketball operations personnel, for an opportunity to earn an invitation to the Jamestown Jackals training camp.
Training Camp will begin January 2020. Season: January - April.
In 2015, we founded a nonprofit organization, #IntegrityFirst, Inc. with the intention to positively impact lives through the game of basketball. The mission of #IntegrityFirst, Inc. is to help individuals develop their potential and achieve success by fostering integrity, motivation, responsibility, hope, perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship. Be it academically, athletically, financially, socially, and professionally we want to help everyone involved in our organization out of survival mode—and enable them to thrive. We do so not just by teaching life skills, but also by creating a support system to help each individual truly live life to the fullest. We want our players, coaches, staff and everyone with whom we are involved, to have integrity in all that they do and demonstrate this thriving lifestyle to the community as a whole.
We have had 4 successful seasons operating the Jamestown Jackals, a professional men's basketball team that plays in The Basketball League (2019-present). The Jamestown Jackals serve as the epicenter of the change we desire for our community. Players are provided paychecks as well as housing for their dedication towards the missions of #IntegrityFirst, Inc. During our first season in TBL we were able to play against teams from across the United States from Yakima, Washington; San Diego, California; Mesquite, Nevada; Tampa Bay, Florida; Owensboro, Kentucky; Kansas City, Missouri; Albany and Queens, New York. Members of the team are given a chance to hone their skills and compete in a competitive professional basketball league in exchange for their service to the community. Basketball is merely the vehicle through which we touch hearts, empower individuals, and create a community of pride and support for the greater good.
